Firm Overview

Richard Yetter has been a sole practitioner serving El Paso, Texas since 1962. After his discharge from the Air Force, where he was a Special Weapons Officer with the Strategic Air Command, Mr. Yetter attended law school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Shortly after graduation, he returned with his wife and four children to his wife’s native Texas where he has resided ever since.

Early in Mr. Yetter’s career, he focused his practice on personal injury and workers’ compensation. As time went by, he realized there was a serious need for a lawyer who was particularly skilled in wills, probate and estates. Although Mr. Yetter had always practiced in these areas, they have been his sole focus for the past many years.

Throughout his career, Mr. Yetter has held many prestigious positions, including, Director of the El Paso Probate Bar Association, Director of the El Paso Trial Lawyer’s Association, Chairman of The Salvation Army of El Paso, and a member of the Mayor’s Special Action Committee, City of El Paso.

Mr. Yetter has been accepted by the National Registry of Who’s Who as a Life Member in recognition of his exemplary service to the community and his profession. Experience his exemplary service for yourself by calling (915) 772-8999 to schedule a consultation.
